This was my favorite project this semester because it gave me a lot of freedom and creativity. It is a picture of Chief Keef wearing one of his signature gloyalty hoodies that I painted.

This project was actually very challenging for me because I don't paint, but this project actually came out better than I thought it would. I feel like I will do better on the next self portrait since I have a little experience in it now.

For this project I created an animal based character named Gorilla who has the abilities of a gorilla. Instead of drawing a specific character, I drew a silhouette of a person with an angry gorilla head behind it representing its essence so you can imagine the actual character however you want.

I chose to do a Barack Obama portrait for this project because it was our Black History month project and Barack Obama represents the United States as well as the black community.
